At Zery Foods, we are committed to delivering hot, fresh meals to your doorstep within 15 minutes of order confirmation. This rapid service is at the heart of what we do — but with speed comes responsibility. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we manage deliveries, delays, and safety.
1. Delivery Timelines
- Our target delivery time is 15 minutes from the moment your order is accepted and confirmed.
- Delivery time may vary based on:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather disturbances
- Local restrictions (e.g., road closures, curfews, or events)
- Restaurant preparation delays or technical issues
While we strive for 15-minute delivery, Zery cannot be held liable for delays due to unforeseen or uncontrollable external factors.
2. Delivery Areas
- We currently operate in specific pin codes and zones. Orders placed outside our active delivery zones will not be processed.
- Our app will notify you if your delivery address is outside our service area.
3. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and complete.
- We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address input.
4. Delivery Partners’ Safety
- To ensure 15-minute delivery, our partners are trained and use optimized delivery routes.
- However, Zery does not encourage or permit any form of reckless driving or unsafe delivery practices.
- In the event of severe weather, roadblocks, or high traffic congestion, our delivery partner may prioritize safety over speed.
- Zery will not be responsible for delivery delays caused due to adherence to safety protocols or law enforcement instructions.
5. No Contact Delivery
- We offer “No Contact Delivery” for your safety and that of our delivery partners.
- Please select this option at checkout and provide delivery instructions clearly.
6. Order Cancellation Due to Delivery Delay
- In case we are unable to deliver within 30 minutes from the time of confirmation, you may contact support for:
- Full refund
- Re-ordering assistance (subject to availability)
- Zery reserves the right to cancel an order in rare cases where delivery is not feasible. In such instances, the full amount will be refunded.
7. Refunds & Redelivery
- If your order is delayed beyond 30 minutes due to our fault and the food is unfit for consumption upon arrival, we will process:
- A full or partial refund, or
- A complimentary redelivery, where feasible.
Refund requests must be raised within 1 hour of delivery via our support section with order details and photos (if applicable).

9. Liability Disclaimer
Zery is not liable for any consequential losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

- Unsafe driving by third-party riders outside our operational guidelines
